UMMNH Evolution Gallery

Graphic layouts (In-house with Lord Cultural Resources & WeatherstonBruer Associates)

When the University of Michigan Museum of Natural History in Ann Arbor moved into a new building, the “Evolution” gallery and associated spaces were one of the most highly anticipated redesigns. An incredible number of dinosaurs, fossils, models, dioramas, and more needed to be displayed alongside scientifically rigorous interpretation.

I was one of a small team at Lord Cultural Resources that worked on the graphic design of this ~6000 s.f. gallery, creating layouts that integrated specimens, and respected museum style guides.
